interview spam number 2 time: 6 hour Apple interview. Had them split it up into 3 people each day for 2 days.

  1. I was asked about coverpoints, asked to design an example digital design in verilog, and to write some constraints. I was able to show a general understanding of constraints, but fell short of the last part of his last question missing a concept that lets you switch out constraints somehow?

  2. this hoe legit asked me 7 logic problems back to back like jesus. the classic 7 weights, 1 weighs slightly more, find it in 2 measurements. problem about writing zeros to a matrix (convoluted setup meant to trick you). I didn't fall for the trick. problem about reading an incoming byte stream in verilog. I told them i didn't know the syntax for that, but showed the logic. didn't know what cover-properties are so rip me showed understanding of 4/5 concepts she explained about coverage didn't know the difference between two assertions (I haven't done
